No Permissions on MSysTables error

All Versions - You receive this error if you are modifying the SQL property of a saved query in code.  Resolution - grant your users modify permission on that query.

Version 2003 - You will receive this error if all of the following apply:

You run the security wizard

You create a new group after the fact using Tools, Security, User and Group Accounts

You want this group to be able to create and save their own queries.

Resolution - don't use the security wizard - secure it manually.

OR also ensure that any user you add to your custom group is also a member of any wizard-generated group.
